Indicate Collaboration Preferences for free.
After selecting a subscription plan, check the boxes in the ‘Preferences’ section to indicate which business resources (e.g., funding, consultation services, administrative support) your startup requires as well as which industries you prefer investors to have experience in. The decision to join Shark Channel is like the decision to take a swim. Once you jumped into the water you are wet. There will be no refund for a cancellation before the end date.
Limited business information like country of origin, sector you are active in, actual turnover and your request will be publicly visible. Only Premium Subscribers will be able to view your full business information included in your pitch as well as basic personal information like your contact details.
While we provide basic guides to creating both written and filmed pitches, we are regretfully unable to offer personalized support at this point of time. However, we do review all pitches and supporting documents before publication to ensure adherence to a certain standard and the inclusion of all vital information. Founders will be notified of any necessary amendments by our editorial team.
The process normally takes one to two working days. Upon completion, the pitch will either be published immediately or returned to the owner for further editing.
Yes, at any time you can update or make corrections in your pitch after publication. Changes will be reviewed by the site administrator to ensure adherence to a certain standard and the inclusion of all vital information.
Each pitch will be displayed for 3 months from the date of publication and be taken down once the period expires.
At any time the subscription plan can be prolonged.
You can register multiple projects in the ‘My startups’ tab on your dashboard. But for each startup you have to choose an own subscription plan. This means under one account you can open up several startup projects, but for each startup you have to choose an own subscription plan.
Premium subscribers can send investors a request for their contact details. Alternatively, you may add the investor to the ‘Prospective Investors’ tab and wait for them to contact you if they’re interested.
No, Shark Channel holds no investment funds in escrow or intervenes in the collaboration process. Our involvement is limited to providing investors and founders with a platform to connect with each other. All collaboration arrangements are determined and carried out by the parties themselves.
